The Annual Health and Wellness Fair

Mammoth Lakes — Year 4 in 2027

The Mammoth Lakes Health + Wellness Fair was born out of a deep, unwavering belief that health is wealth — and that everyone deserves access to healing, community, and wellness, no matter where they're beginning their journey.

Founded by Tiffany Helton — entrepreneur, photographer, and University of Central Arkansas graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences — the fair began as a heartfelt vision to bring something truly meaningful to the Eastern Sierra community. Now thriving in its 3rd year, it has grown into a vibrant, multi-day wellness experience drawing vendors, healers, speakers, and beloved community members from across the region to the breathtaking backdrop of Mammoth Lakes, California.

With the support of grant funding and community partnerships, the fair continues to grow and expand its reach and impact — this year introducing the Wealth & Wellness Gala and a first-ever Wellness Scholarship Program to support one individual's full year of wellness access following the event.

This is more than a fair — it's a movement rooted in connection, healing, and the steadfast belief that when community comes together, anything is possible.
